*** Guests receiving the loyalty award must have personally stayed at Lookout Point Lakeside Inn. Room nights accrue ONLY for the guest physically staying at the inn, not for room nights purchased for other people or other traveling group members. To receive this loyalty award, you must book your reservation directly with us by calling 501-525-6155 or online on our website only. No third party website reservations will be honored for this loyalty award.
The loyalty credit is applied to the very next stay a guest books after the qualified 10th night stay. Loyalty awards cannot be saved for future use.
Loyalty awards are not transferable to others, have a 2-year expiration date, and are not redeemable for anything other than the hotel room booking. It is not a credit that may be used on-site for food & beverage, packages, etc.
