To further delight your palate, a chocolate treat will arrive at your room before bedtime. Why chocolate? Lookout Point has developed Chocolate Covered Wednesdays with your health in mind! The benefits of chocolate abound. Chocolate contains large quantities of potassium and magnesium, some calcium and sodium, and vitamins A1, B1, B2, D, and E. In addition, chocolate contains endorphins, natural opiates that are released by the brain in increased amounts when eating chocolate, thereby elevating your mood and reducing pain.
