Weddings ONLY

Designed for the bride & groom wanting to be married in a beautiful lakeside garden location, with no reception.  These weddings include the wedding site and the ordained clergy ONLY (no reception, champagne toast, lodging, flowers, etc.)  Lookout Point and Lake Hamilton provide the perfect backdrop, and the clergyperson personalizes the wedding ceremony just for you.  Following prices are based upon the number of persons attending (including the bride and groom.)

The bridal party comes dressed for event, and one hour is allowed for the wedding.  For groups of more than 10 persons, parking is available along the street.

Wedding guests are welcome to provide there own photographer, however Lookout Point offers the following excellent photography option for your convenience and savings.

Hot Springs Wedding Photography for Elopement Weddings

$175 (1/2 hour of photography)

Lookout Point is pleased to offer the services of Kelley Wilde, an excellent "amateur" photographer, who provides professional quality service, equipment and skills for our wedding guests.  Receive professional quality photos that include a mix of photojournalistic and traditional wedding photographs.  Price includes 30 minutes or one hour of photography, and a CD of either 50 or 100 photos to take home with you.  You receive the CD and all rights to the pictures, allowing you to select your own photography printing service--at a huge savings to you.  This service must be scheduled, and is dependent upon the availability of the photographer. View a short slideshow of Kelley's photos:

$400 (2 hours of photography)

The above service is available by reservation for the wedding packages.  Price includes up to 2 hours of photography, plus a CD of 200 photos--to take home with you.  Service available based upon availability of the photographer.

Wedding/Elopement Policies

• Deposit of 50% of package is due at time of reservation.  Deposit is non-refundable, and non-transferable to other dates/reservations.
• Balance due 14 days prior to the event
• A 20% gratuity (for the reception component of the package) is added
• Lookout Point Lakeside Inn is a completely non-smoking property.   Wedding guests choosing to smoke must leave the property.
• The staff of Lookout Point are committed to assist you in creating a perfectly beautiful and stress-free wedding.   Enjoy the most important day of your life!
