August 8 is available at the times of 1 or 3 pm (depending upon the size of your wedding). Regarding your marriage license, Arkansas is a "no-wait" state, meaning that you may obtain your marriage license and immediately get married. You may obtain your marriage license from any Arkansas courthouse, weekdays.
